Citizen Participation In Government Performance Assessment Problems And Countermeasures

Citizen participation in government performance evaluation and promote the social progress. World governments and scholars to give the high attention. citizen participation in government performance evaluation is becoming a remarkable characteristics in the western countries reform, local governments in China have begun to enter the ranks, but China started late, in the initial stage, there are still many needs to consummate and areas for improvement. This paper mainly analyses in citizen participation in government performance evaluation and assessment can foresee problems, the government level, the specific implementation level, system level and the level of social participants a total of four aspects of ideas, and give the reasonable suggestions and solutions, this paper also put forward by the establishment of scientific evaluation method, selected from more suitable for evaluation of different areas of China, to the government and citizens to better promote and implement performance evaluation.The innovation of this paper is to sum up problems for the four basic properties of principles:The authenticity principle、Timeliness principle、Accuracy principle、Integrity principle. The evaluation system, evaluation process and evaluation system are analyzed. Mining method is suitable for our government performance evaluation, so as to improve the evaluation problems, perfect the system of our government performance evaluation, improve citizen participation in the process, suitable for citizen participation in government performance evaluation more practical significance.
