Introspective awareness, root cause to explicit behavior, is an effective approach to explaining special social and political phenomena. This inspires a Nationality Politics research to perspective widening by using introspective awareness on ethnic identity and national identity besides observation thinking on national culture, national interests, and ethnical interaction and so on. Moreover, the underlying relations between the two kinds of identity give new points of growth of science and real effectiveness on harmonious and stable political pattern in a multiethnic state.Complexity, both from many co-existing nationalities and different identities fun ctioned, sees ethnic identity and national identity departure from each other. It is unre asonable to conclude conflicts following, but truly there is potentiality to make tensio n under the influence of incorrect national policies, out-of-balance economical deve lopment, across-border ethnical groups and overseas powers permeation, all of these a re common rather than exceptional. Globalization injects new variable and inter-depe ndent subject into this identity question to confuse us even more. We call there is an i dentity crisis when the relation between the above said two identities is too weak to b ond together the parts of a whole multiethnic state. In such case the two must stand ag ainst each other to incur severe and catastrophic results on great political issues such a s whether and how the nation and the state will go on. A method of the integration of identities gives a guide on this hard question and then the issue of multiethnic state’s governess, unification and stableness. The existing models of the integration of identities argue against each other on seeking common grounds or reserving differences. This prejudice makes defectiveness in each. Either an unification ignoring differences among ethnic groups or an identification on collective rights of sub-nations falls into a theory trap, that means an unbalance between unification and particularity. This research aims at developing previous theory models into a more adaptable and mutual supportive one.
