Since China’s reform and opening up, and with the socialist market economicsystem gradually established, especially the role of market in resource allocation ischanged from foundation to determinant, the system must advocate the developmentof subjectivity. Subjectivity is a feature that the subject uses their own essentialstrength to act on the object actively in the objective activity which is unprecedentedconcerned from all sectors of society today. Especially in the field of ideological andpolitical education, people pay more attention to the subjectivity of the educatee,changed the mode of ideological and political education that only treat the educatorsas the subject, and formed inter-subjectivity ideological and political education thatwith interaction of ideological and political education as the ideal mode of. This kindof ideological and political education aims at respecting the subject status of theeducatee, cultivating educatee subject consciousness, arousing the autonomy,initiative, and creativity of educate to realize the goal of ideological and politicaleducation.This paper is divided into the introduction and three main parts to study theeducatee subjectivity in ideological and political education. The introduction partmainly expounds the purpose and significance of this topic, the research status athome and abroad, writing methods and innovative points. The first chapter is aboutthe conception of subject and subjectivity based on the philosophy, and discusses theconnotation of the educatee subjectivity in ideological and political education byusing the principle of ideological and political education, and also analyses thegeneration of educatee subjectivity in ideological and political education to strengthenthe theoretical basis of educatee subjectivity in ideological and political education.The second chapter introduces the present situation of educatee subjectivity in theideological and political education. The educatee subjectivity currently has a greatimprovement, but there are still some defects, and there is a lot of space to improve.And then analyze the causes of insufficient of educatee subjectivity. The third chapteris specific to the cause of the insufficient of educatee subjectivity and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the educatee subjectivity. It studies through fouraspects: educatee itself, educators, education mode and education content, in order toprovide the beneficial reference for improve the educatee subjectivity and eventuallyimprove the actual effect of ideological and political education.
