Research On The New Rural Community Construction In Henan Province

Henan Province focuses on new rural community construction as its key task inrecent years. This leads to a chain of achievements such as deconstructing result inrural-city model and shrinking gap between the rural places and the city area. But itis unavoidable that it also arise some problems, for example, fund-raising channelsneed to be explored; constructing land is difficult to obtain; employment rate keepslow; community management level is outdated. This paper aims to do someanalyzing work on Yongcheng City new rural community construction. By doing this,basic methods and successful experience can be concluded. Also, some possibleeffective way-outs on some problems can be provided and discussed.In this paper, the author holds a view that it is reasonable to take some action onnew rural community construction in Henan Province. However, we cannot neglectthe natural rule and reality. It could be too quickly to arrive at our goal if we take ourmeasures without considering the other things involving in it. It is better to abide byhuman-centered way, face to the reality and go forward step by step. Moreover, it isgood to hit the target and obtain the result in renovating gradually. Meanwhile, itcould be an optional way to take different building models to suit for industries,businesses and agricultural uses. Specifically, this paper can be divided into fourchapters. They are: the practice of new rural community constructing in HenanProvince; the problems of new rural community constructing in Henan Province; thebasic actions and inspirations in Yongcheng City’s new rural communityconstructing; the suggestion and solution in pushing forward new rural communityconstructing in Henan province in future.
