Study On Community Construction In Rural Areas Of Anqiu City

Actively promote the rural community construction, is an important strategic decision of the party in the sixteen session of the six plenary session of the Central Committee and the party’s 17 th National People’s Congress, is an important part of the construction of new socialist countryside,is a major change and rural grass-roots organization and management in China.Explore effective ways to build rural communities, improving the living conditions of farmers, improve living standards and quality of life of rural community members, promote rural harmony, has important practical significance.Based on the current community construction theory, starting from the rural community construction in Anqiu City, take the method of research and practical analysis of a combination, the overall research and typical analysis combining theory, aims to the analysis of current situation of rural community construction in Anqiu City, the objective understanding exists in rural community construction difficulties and challenges, and put forward the related countermeasure, provides the basis for the rich and the rural community construction theory and the construction of the new rural community practice guidance.The thesis is divided into five parts, the first part is "Introduction", mainly explains the research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, the research idea, methods and innovative points and shortcomings;The second part is "the analysis of general rural community construction at present", on the basis of defining relevant concepts, the paper expounds the development course, the construction of rural community participation main body, practice mode and function of the community, to lay the theoretical basis for the paper;The third part is "the status quo rural community construction in Anqiu City”, the actual focus on economic and social development of Anqiu City, analyzes the necessity of construction, construction status, principles, construction mode and contents of the construction of the rural community of Anqiu, and by Zheng Shi Long Cun Xin’an street as an example, described in detail the construction of rural communities involved in related issues.The fourth part is "rural community development Anqiu Problems," on the basis of Anqiu existing practice, from the government, community building, farmers, construction funds, community organizations analyzed five aspects of the problems and difficulties.The fifth part is the "suggestions of rural community construction in Anqiu City", targeted from four angles of government, funds, farmers, enterprises put forward opinions and suggestions.In this paper, combined with the actual construction background and rural communities of Anqiu integration of urban and rural areas and new rural construction, actively explore for Anqiu rural community development, rural community management and construction mode, direction and ways, in order to make a contribution to promote the development of rural community in Anqiu City, but also provide valuable experiences for the construction of rural community Weifang city and other counties.
