| In the western world, the lives of people separated from agriculture into industrial cities after the industrial revolution of the19th century and the introspection of the interaction between people and the environment appeared gradually. Especially, after Carlson’s "Silent Spring"(1962) and White’s "historical roots of our ecological crisis"(1967) were published, the West began to reflect the huge impact on the surrounding environment effected by human life, and this also contributed to the rise of the ecological environment of ethics. Environmental ethics, as the basis to reflect the relationship between humans and the natural environment, how to internalize the concept of ecological environment into people’s daily lives and attitudes are more important.The18th CPC National Congress promotes the construction of ecological civilization. Different from western developed countries, according to the latest statistics, our country still has as much as half of the population living in rural areas. With the development of economy and the adjustment of industrial structure, objectively speaking, the pollution is transferring from urban to rural areas, and the inherent production way of life of rural long-term use will also accelerate the deterioration of environment; subjectively speaking, good ecological consciousness and ecological moral behavior still do not form for farmers. Therefore, ecological ethics research under the background of ecological civilization for farmers is very important to improve the rural ecological environment, construct the beautiful mountain village, and promote sustainable rural development. In this paper, the ecological civilization under the background of farmer ecological ethics are taken as the research topic, the present situation of the ecological moral construction of farmers is studied under the background of ecological civilization, and the existing problems and the reasons are explored, the four-in-one moral system for farmers is constructed to adapt to ecological civilization.The ecological civilization under the background of farmers’ecological moral construction are analyzed and studied from four parts by this article. First of all, the connotation of ecological civilization from the concept of ecological civilization is analyzed, the relationship between the ecological civilization and material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization are revealed, and the development of ecological civilization in China is discussed. Secondly, the necessity and importance of farmers’ moral construction under the background of the concept of ecological civilization are discussed. The necessity of farmers’ecological moral construction is analyzed form three aspects of the construction for new socialist countryside, Farmers’ own development and benign development of agriculture. The importance of farmers’ecological moral construction is discussed from three aspects of dealing with rural ecological crisis, raising farmers’ ecological moral awareness and construction of good moral behavior of ecological environment of rural environment. Thirdly, the farmers from multiple regions in Shanxi province are selected as the investigation object, the ecological moral construction of farmer under the background of ecological civilization has been carried on by the empirical method. The results of the survey show that the ecological moral construction in rural areas exist the following questions, which are low ecological knowledge awareness, unconcerned of the ecological issues, weak ecological ethics and poor ecological moral behavior. Summed up the reason for the existence of the problem lies in the farmers lack of scientific knowledge, lack of awareness of social ethics, environmental advocacy lag and lack of ecological means of education.. Lastly, the reality path for farmers’ecological moral construction is explored under the background of the concept of ecological civilization. On the basis of expounding guidelines and development goals of ecological moral construction for farmers, a four-in-one ecological ethics system adapting to ecological civilization is constructed from four contents of ecological literacy cultivation, ecological culture construction, ecological education guiding and ecological behavior cultivation. |
