Inadequate response to the crisis management of local governments makes the government’s image severely affected, and the government image directly affect the results of crisis management.Local government, as opposed to the central government, is a concrete policy-maker, with a wide range of social contacts, and its actions represents the image of the entire government in the eyes of the people. Local government is an important carrier of the entire political system, and its importance as a "cornerstone" is self-evident. At present, in our crisis management system, the credibility and image of the government needs to be further improved.
