For the advantage of economy and trade,science and technology and education resources, Harbin Attracts a lot of youngpeople to gather, and a large number of youth self-organizations arises here. Theyouth self-organizations make great contributions to solve the differentrequirement of the youth. For the lack of study and institutional constraints, theyouth self-organizations get into the vacuum space among the government,society, and the management of the society organization.
