L County has a long history and splendid civilization. Since reform and opening policyimplemented, L County’s economic and social development has made considerableprogress. In recent years, the county party committee and government of L County,proposed the grand goal “Carry province’s top ten building medium-sized cities, acomprehensive well-off society". L County can continue to maintain the sustained andhealthy development momentum across a large extent depends on the young generation.Party under the leadership of the Communist Youth League is a mass organization ofadvanced youth, which bears the responsibility to organize and guide masses of youngpeople of the county to determine goals and struggle. But now, the new gravity, cohesion,appeal of L County Youth League organizations appeared weakening trend. This article willstudy organizational culture, from the perspective of the Communist Youth League, toillustrate that the Communist Youth League is the excellent cohesive core. It is the majorityof members of youth and can provide a good platform for organizing and guiding youngpeople to actively participate in "economic and cultural county, harmony and happiness Lstates ". There are some problems and deficiencies in L County Youth League’sorganizational culture, thereby affecting the power of L County Youth League as a newattraction, cohesion, appeal. Furthermore, it cannot well organized and able to guide youngpeople to realize the county determined goal.In this paper, through the organizational culture and organizational performanceanalysis of the relationship that enhance organizational culture, the author will enhanceorganizational performance of County Youth League. Through the Communist YouthLeague organizations thematic orientation, social function analysis, the research onCommunist Youth League organizations culture, this paper will strengthen the CommunistYouth League organization culture construction, the Communist Youth League of theinternal members, and manage to give the external community positive guidance whichsignificantly enhanced the role as help to enhance the Communist Youth Leagueorganizations, guidance, youth service level. It will also enhance the cohesion power ofyouth, appeal, and then led the members of youth committees to complete the tasksidentified goals.Through the methods of questionnaires and depth interviews, this paper made a depth analysis of Youth League organization in L County. It analyzed the currentproblems of L County Youth League from the material culture, system culture, and behavior,spiritual and cultural four levels using the cultural theory. The main problems are as follows:1. It lacks of material and cultural part which led to organize related activities carried outunder constraints League, and the brand displays insufficient;2. institutional culture isimperfect, which leads to decreased job execution and constraint is not strong;3. Thebehavior culture degree of attention and innovative makes slow progress in basicorganizational work groups, so the organizational cohesion reduced;4. spiritual culture,values and incorrect members consciousness, which lead to the purpose of theimplementation of youth services is not real, the group sex recuperate enough members.From the above analysis and discussion, this paper proposes the promotion strategy forL County Youth League organizational culture. That is “optimize the external environment,and make a solid material and cultural foundation, improve internal and external worksystem, strengthen institutional culture, lighting work brand and enhance cultural influencebehavior strengthen the group cadres, enhance the spirit attainmentâ€. This can providereference for similar organizations. |
