At present, the domestic for most studies focused on the activities of volunteer organization mechanism, organization mechanism, training mechanism, the level of qualitative analysis, such as hard to explain better quantitative volunteer organization culture construction. Abroad, focuses on the theoretical definition and behavior analysis of volunteer organizations, also lack of the organizational culture of quantitative analysis were introduced into voluntary organizations for examination and assessment of operation condition precedent. This topic mainly studies "space-time" volunteer team in the role of organizational culture. In Dalian city "top ten volunteer service organizations"the investigation of the volunteer team, with Denison Organizational Culture Model (Denison Organizational Culture Model) as the tool, analyzes its existing Organizational Culture, and in view of the problems found during the research, perfect Suggestions are put forward.In this paper, the space-time volunteer team organization culture problems are studied, the main features of the study is to introduce organizational culture elements to the time and space in the process of the volunteer team management, widely used the related theory of organizational culture are detailed elaborated on the issue. Article revolves around the "volunteer management" and "organizational culture construction" two categories, first of all, from the theoretical analysis on the relationship between the two, the second is the practice of the current situation discussion, finally put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve it. Specifically, this paper studies mainly focused on the following aspects:spatial and temporal volunteer team culture construction more successful as a whole. In 11 of the 12 dimensions dimensions all showed a higher level, only dimension slightly insufficient coordination and integration.
