Wages are not only the most closely relationship with the laborer, but also the core issue ofthe labor relations. In the distribution behavior of wages more marketization and contractionCharacteristics increasingly evident today, the system of collective wage negotiation has becomethe main way to to improve workers compensation and resolve labor disputes. In2010, with thefull implementation of the collective wage negotiations as the core content of the collectivecontract system " Rainbow Project " collective wage negotiations has been greatly implementedin the country. However, the recent years are also the most intense labor conflicts, collectivelabor disputes most frequent stage, collective wage negotiations become a mere formality in ourcountry.Firstly, the concept is start of the law and regulations, the level and coverage of thecollective wage negotiations for current situation of collective wage negotiation system,features. And then elaborates the main problem of our collective wage negotiations in the labormarket oversupply is a mere formality, unequal labor force, The trade union system is flawed,the government position is unidentified, lagging of legislation, etc. Finally, in using theexperience of abroad and home, collective wage negotiations is proposed to improve oursuggestions to improve the labor market, the reform of the trade union system, enhancing thefunction of government, building a sound legal system and so on.
