Secondary vocational school students field work dispute is one of the essential factors of restricting the development of secondary vocational school, also is one of the reasons that hinder the students to master skills for new jobs. In recent years, secondary vocational school students field work disputes occur frequently, in order to further standardize secondary vocational school students field work, the ministry of education issued vocational education law of the People’s Republic of China, the vocational colleges students field work management regulations(draft), secondary vocational school students internship management method and so on. This study seeks to use relevant theories, through the survey of reality to solve disputes, improve the secondary vocational school students field work on the solution of the dispute. This study consists of four parts:The first chapter is introduced. This part mainly introduces the field work of the problems of secondary vocational school students, research purpose and research contents, research significance, interrelated concepts of interpretation, research review, research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is the secondary vocational school students field work theory also to settle disputes. This section to be included the division of secondary vocational school students field work dispute category theory and its theory, the secondary vocational school students the basic route of field work dispute resolution. This study of secondary vocational school students from two aspects of field work dispute categories, mainly in accordance with the difference of the dispute subject and dispute in accordance with the legal nature of the separate division.
