However, with the in-depth development of the rural community construction, rural community management faces such as farmers in the rural community participation in social management is low, the rural community public service supply, rural cultural identity crisis and the weakness of rural resources integration and so on various aspects. These problems seriously hindered the pace of China’s socialist new rural construction and the process of urban and rural development as a whole. But fundamentally, the essence of the rural community management is to break the state coercive power as the only center, and builds up the diversification of the governance body with "officer-people" the new mechanism of cooperation, and break the past "rule", the concept of "management", gradually construct the pattern of "governance".In this paper, a preliminary conclusion of Ganzhou district as rural community management practice,innovation of rural community services,culture and education, health care and public security environment.at the same time, the article analyzes the problems exist in the innovation practice. These innovations and problem illustrates the ganzhou district rural community management is in the transition of the government leading mode to the polycentric governance mode, on the one hand, rural management concept of single power;on the other hand, the new type of governance are under construction, both of opportunities and challenges.Rural community management practice of Ganzhou district has proved that in the future to construct new rural governance mechanism.Firstly,we must strengthen "multiple work" in the important position of rural community management innovation, and enhance the enthusiasm of villagers autonomy to participate in community management, implement the villagers, autonomous organizations and grass-roots government is game; Secondly for innovation community governance construction law of the good governance of the rule of law environment; Method of multiple governance to improve coordination skills again, make the diversity of management method can further improve the efficiency of management; At the same time, by integrating the power of the contractual, strengthening the rural community governance of the foundation, will also be able to optimize rural governance structure and governance capability, and implement the power at the grass-roots level and structure of the rational allocation of resources.
