The greatest achievement of X village ’s governance transformation is to realize the synchronous development of resources development and environmental protection, it also has carried on the positive exploration between the government governance and social development benign interaction. At the same time, this study also found that X village governance transformation also has many problems, Such as village planning deviating from the direction of government guide, farmers’main body role not into full play, the industry foundation is weak to support the governance transformation, insufficient participation motivation in the governance transformation, etc.Based on the above analysis, this study found that resource-based rurals’ governance transformation is not only the transformation of economic industry, it is a comprehensive transformation system engineering involved in political, economic, cultural, social and ecological aspects of governance resources.
