Research On Social Organisations To Participate In Social Governance Of Chongqing

As Chinese system reform constantly deepens,social demands are increasingly complex and diverse. The singular government administration model existing in the traditional society has not adapted to the needs of development any more. The social management body tends to have diversified bodies to participate. The governance body of community organization and its constructive aspects which act as grassroots has gradually diversified. In present community constructions,the community governance structure,in which multi-subjects like the government,the market and the society all participate in,has attracted more and more scholars. While for the problems of how social organizations participate in community governance,what results it will achieve after the participation and what else disadvantages exist,all parts of the country have actively practiced,studied and discussed. In that case,Chongqing also continuously explored its own special model of social organizations’ participation in community governance and has achieved initial results. Therefore,this paper tries to analyze and explore the efficient ways for Chongqing social organizations to participate in community governance by analyzing the actual situation,achievements and problems of Chongqing social organizations’ participation in community governance.The study mainly includes five parts. The first part is introduction,which mainly illustrates the cause of selecting this subject,literature review,research ideas,structure and framework and studying methods. The second part concentrates on some theories about social organizations,governance and community government, the domestic and foreign research dynamic.The second part is the appliance of governance theory to social organizations’ participation in community governance. It also focuses on how the polycentrism and the good communication mechanism, which present in governance theory, apply to social organizations’ participation in community governance. The third part, also the significant part of the paper, adopts the case analysis mean. During analyzing Chongqing social organizations’ participation in community governance,the author chooses the cases, experimental citizen schools established by Youth League Committee,Street Offices,social work organizations and communities in Chongqing JiangBei District as cases to analyze the actual situation and methods of Chongqing social organizations’ participation in community governance. The forth part’s analysis is primarily from the achievements and the difficulties. The fifth part attempts to propose strategies of Chongqing social organizations’ participation in community governance based on the previous parts.
