The concept of “économie solidaire” doesn’t originate from a certain eminent pedigree in modern social theories. It neither comes from liberal market system, nor from the inherent fixed pattern of planned economy in a certain region. It comes from some regional practices in the background of economic globalization. It was actually accepted under the system framework of democratic economy(self-determination economy). Under the systematic background, people in some regions have rights to arrange their own economic and social lives. When these people have seen the endless competition and the pursuit of wealth without any restraints which are at the expense of sacrificing the environment, leading to the endangering people’s peace of mind and physical health, they will “invite” some people to build a trusting and cooperative relationship that focuses on identifying products according to the actual needs. They hope such pattern can provide new vitality for the community development and the community work. The economic and social developments of G Village are facing difficulties in two aspects. First of all, the difficulties are food safety problems and survival guaranteeing problems brought by the agricultural pollution. That is to say, food safety problems threaten not only the life quality and health condition of people living in the city, but also threaten the rural citizens’ sustainability of lifestyles which focuses farming for life. Secondly, long-term market competitive setting and endless pursuit of wealth have changed the people’s intention and attitude towards life. When the limited rural resources and industry can not fulfill the “high, super and great” market goals, the people who survive in the mode of traditional agriculture lose their drive and confidence in agricultural manufacture. Therefore, a new concept will be in great need to enhance their life quality and life purpose after the loss of so-called high growth of economic goals. As for village G, the so-called multivariate social governance is exploring a lifestyle and management relationship adjusting to and being restricted by local conditions and factors which include regionally and socially natural environment, civilization, geography and other factors. The lifestyle and management relationship can cater to and satisfy people’s needs. It often takes a combination mode which can change conventional ideas and fixed routine social life as the supporting point. This mode can promote the benign development of comprehensive social operation and management services. The thesis takes building social economic relationship as the pivot, exploring a community constructive experiment which can promote the comprehensive development of rural society and economy. The construction of the new mode between city and urban area, the relationship between the new mode and the full-scale realization of the comprehensive developing goals of economy and society for Village G, whether the new inbuilt relation can be a beneficial trial for the social management innovation in primary departments, thus is our major concern.
