Since the reform and open policy,The economic system reform has caused rapid development of the national economy,The change of social structure,make people's living standard has been greatly improved,They do not worry about the food and clothing and become well-off.The country's economic and social develop to a certain period,the inevitable new contradictions appears,which can not be avoided,especially the rural economic and social development imbalance problem.This paper tries to refer to the overseas outstanding research results,combined with the actual situation,taking HengNan County as an example,using the method of combination of theoretical and empirical research,explore the relationship between the rural economic and social development of a series of problems.In a new breakthrough,to explore the county economy(including the rural economy and social coordinated development,and enrich the study of the theory of the county economy).On the basis of empirical research,this paper trying to realize the coordinated development of urban and rural economic and social success model through the analysis of the concrete practice,substantive Suggestions are put forward.Since there were vast disparity between districts as well as city and rural areas in Hengnan County,advices are given as following:improve the democratic rule of law,effective establishment of urban and rural organizations;emphasis on rural education,improve the quality of education on sound equipment and facilities and educational resources;adhere to urban and rural areas,increase farmers' income;developing counties Kawaguchi tungsten mining industry,optimize the industrial structure;raise the level of social security with several ways.
