Period Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Construction Of Trade Union Of University In The New

Trade union of university is a craft union of Chinese educational trade union, which owns commonalities of trade union organization. As a mass organization under college party committee leads, not only is it a bridges and bonds linking the party and workers and staff, but also the representative of the interests of staff, which consist of safeguarding function, participation function, education function and construction function. In current, main body and administration system of university teaching have presents diversified trend, while talent training, performance management, labor dispatch, reform in socialization in university logistics show great variations and a major adjustment has occurred in the pattern of the interests of teachers, which brings some new contradiction and problems. Based on the variations mentioned above, a severe challenge is proposed to the construction of trade union of university. In this case, the thesis about problems and countermeasures of the construction of trade union of university is chosen in this paper.The paper bases on the Shenyang city and the construction of trade union is systemically analyzed, including three parts. In the first part, the definitions of trade union and university trade unions are introduced. In the second part, using the survey analysis method, the current situation and main problems of the construction of trade union in Shenyang are concluded. And the problems are elaborated from five aspects: the knowledge of the trade union, the weakness of the trade union frame, imperfection of the teachers congress system, the difficulty in discharging duty and deficiency of the self-construction. The third part is the key point of the whole passage. It is with the guide of the union sixteen spirit, based on the practical activity of the mass line. Based on the enhancing the cohesion of the trade union, part three takes the construction of trade union and the function of the trade union as the point, proposing practical and operational solutions.The innovation point of the paper lies in that it bases on the current situation of the trade union in Shenyang city, studying and analyzing the problems of the construction of the trade union and the solutions. According to the actual case, this paper takes hints through the trade unions at home and abroad, providing theoretical reference and help in the construction of the trade union and the study of trade union cadres.
