County Government Public Service Capacity Research In Enthinc Minority Areas

With China’s economy develops rapidly and people’s living standards got improved, the public demand gross increases constantly.Provision of public service capacity of a region directly affects the area of politics, economy, culture and other aspects of development.As a multi-ethnic country,the politics of ethnic minority area and the level of economic development have a direct influence on the sustainde,stable and rapid development of the national economy.In this paper,by using comparative studies and literature research methods to sort out the theories of public services,while through the field of education, health care, social security and infrastructure by Wushen qi’s government for the study.Firstly,this article not only carries on the limits to the public services ability,moreover carride on brief combing to both of domestic and foreign correlation theories and research situation.Secondly,in the foundation of theoretic alanalysis,it takes Wushen qi, Ordos government as the sample that how to promote the public service ability,meanwhile summarizes its success and analyzes its extant problem and deficiency. Thirdly, through the analysis of Wushen qi from the government public service problems, we can analyze the problems of deep level reasons.Finally, on the basis of summarizing the above, proposing the policy suggestion for local governments at the county level public service ability in national regions.
