Grassroots Community Correctional Work Study

Community correction work in our country since 2003, after the pilot, expand the pilot, and comprehensive experiment, into a new stage of comprehensive advancement, in 2014 after nearly 13 years of development, with the comprehensive advancement of community correction and further improved the system of community correction, the positive role of community correction is highlighted increasingly, the masses of security enhances unceasingly, other countries and regions gave full affirmation of our community correction work.Grass-roots community correction institutions undertake the specific management education support community correction.In recent years, centered around for training cadres, improve the system of each work, standard work each link, strengthen supervision, to carry out community correction work, etc, to promote community correction work, highlighted the many difficulties and problems: cohesion coordination between departments is not enough; did not make full use of community resources;the legislative lag, lack of enforcement;shortage of high-quality professional staff;social workers and community volunteer team has not yet been established, judicial offices working pressure;no effective implementation of classified management, etc.The author put forward the idea,further completes the grassroots community correction work from the following aspects: to accelerate establish the community correction law of the People's Republic of China ";community correction professionals and social workers and volunteers organic collaboration;make full use of community resources;we will improve the mechanism of rewards and punishment, to promote effective management measures;lead the victim participate in community correction;the community correction work in effective supervision and objective assessment;make special juvenile community correction work rules.
