Study On Beautiful Rural Construction Of County

Beautiful countryside construction is an updated version of new countryside construction. On the basis of inheriting and developing the tenet of the latter as well as continuing and improving the principles and policies, it dose better in complying with internal rules of development and pays more attention to ecological environmental conservation, harmonious development of human and nature and sustainable development of rural economy and civilization. It is also a necessary requirement of strengthening the agricultural eco-environment protection.By far, it has become a broad social consensus to make great efforts on beautiful countryside construction. Since China has a large number of rural villages with various and complicated issues left over from history and the idea of beautiful countryside construction is still so new and empirical, a mature theoretical system has not yet been formed. This dissertation does research in the beautiful countryside construction of Daiyue District, a representative county, which not only enriches the existing theories on such constructions, and provides a reference for other counties and districts, but also guides the implementation of the beautiful countryside construction in this district.In this dissertation, the author provides a literature review on research results concerning beautiful countryside and ecological countryside by domestic and foreign scholars, delves into the uniqueness and universality of the situation of Daiyue District, environmental problems encountered in the rural construction, concrete cases of typical villages, and then summarizes four ideas of characteristic development respectively on promote village-level economic development, build new rural communities, realize sanitary integration of city and countryside, encourage the development of agritainment and rural tourism. In accordance with the status quo, under the guidance of the theory of balancing urban and rural development, the theory of new countryside construction, the theory of ecological countryside construction and relevant standards, the author digs into the bottleneck of the implementations of existing measures and its causes, learns from the examples of German, Japan as well as Anji Mode and Tonglu Mode, put forward two pieces of suggestions on making up the shortfall from standard controlling, wholly consideration from actual operation.
