Since the reforming and opening up, Chinese government began to encourage female citizens participating into political affairs. The political participation of females is the inevitable requirement of modern society in all social areas, and also the reflection of socialist democracy. Currently, the realization of female political participation has great theoretical significance and practical value to the construction of socialist political civilization.In our country, the implementations of the rural villager autonomy system and relevant policies have offered more opportunities to females who are eager to join in political cycle, the social cultural environment also benefit this tendency. Under this circumstance, some female villagers try to perform their advantages and step into village-level authority. Since then, female roles in rural society are changing gradually, they start to contact public field and become even important. At present, the achievements of female village officials in rural society governance have already attracted great attention from both media and government.This article which trying to make a functional evaluation is based on rural society governance, using social management theory and social gender theory as theoretical perspectives, taking female village officials in "ZhanPu Plan" for hunan program as respondents. The survey comprehensively obtained research data, then systematically analyzed the factors that would affect governance capacity of female village officials. In the end, the author tries to discuss and summarize the situation of rural society governance, then offers proposals from aspects of inherent quality, social culture support and institutional guarantee.
