embody in the specific behavior of ruling villages.It is unique in women' characteristics,and is similar to that of male village officials.A masculine style.Finally,through the analysis of the village field and habits of the female village officials,this paper discusses the reasons for the formation of the masculine or feminine style of female village officials,and concludes the analysis of female village officials' overall governance style.This article mainly adopts the survey methods of participating in observation and semi-structured interviews,and examines the behavioral characteristics of two female economic able persons who become female village officials and govern villages.On the one hand,follow the female village officials to help them handle some village affairs within their
