China is a large agricultural country, during the new Chinese establishment of more than 60 years, agriculture has been providing the source power for the economical development. In this context, the development of agriculture in our country embarked on a fast track. With the improvement of agricultural productivity, a large number of surplus rural labors to speed up the city and non-agricultural transfer speed, but this also raises problems of left behind children in rural areas. Anhui province is a major agricultural province, Anhui province rural left-behind children problem characteristics. The investigation data of Hefei City Based on the use of economics, management, science, education and other related theoretical analysis of Hefei City, rural left behind children education problems and causes, and proposes countermeasures to solve the education problems of left behind children in rural areas of Hefei City, hope that this research has practical significance to solve the education problems of left behind children Hefei city and even the province’s rural. The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is introduction. Based on the existing literature, the paper introduce the research background, it the status quo at China and abroad, the methods and routes and the innovative points of this paper are described.The second chapter is the theory about rural left-behind children education. It includes System theory, children’s psychological development theory and some other basic education theory.The third chapter describes the current situation of city of Hefei left-behind children. Based on the research data, to describe the status of the left behind children and personality characteristics of left-behind children education problem of the children left behind in rural areas, the generation of Hefei.the fourth chapter is about the problems in The education of children left in rural areas in Hefei City. This chapter describes the problems of left-behind children, in family education, school education and social education, and analyzes the causes of the problem. These problems include:lack of family education, school education and family education and rural real disconnect, the whole social environment deterioration and the lag of the system.the fifth chapter Analyze the causes of educational problems of left behind children in rural areas of Hefei City.
