Along with science and technology development rapidly, online shopping becomes one of the most popular shopping ways in people’s life. Online shopping break through the limitations of time and space. It is an unprecedented shopping experience for consumer, while more and more problems about violating consumers’ interest following. From perspective of how to protect consumer’s right, this article analyze the violated symptom and reasons of right to be informed, right of privacy, right of fair trade, right to select on one’s own, right to safety. Then reference the law and practical experience of international organization and developed countries to solve the problems. In the end, propose how to build a perfect mechanism to protect consumer, include legislation, market admittance, online credit system, dispute settlement mechanism and make consumers’ association play role. |
