Study On The Into Composition、Influence Factors And Output Value Of The Input Into Fire Safety In Enterprises

Although under the rapid development of social economy, the frequency of fire accidents in China has still been high in recent years, which has caused great damage to the economic development, social stability and people’s well-being. Among which, enterprises’ area is one of the badly hit areas by fire disaster in our country. Therefore, in order to achieve the enterprises’ economic efficiency it has great practical significance to make the research on how to strengthen fire fighting efforts to prevent any potential fire accidents.This paper first elaborates the concept of fire safety input of enterprises, its elements and features. By using the input and output method and the costeffectiveness analysis in Economics Theory, it demonstrates the reasons of deficient input. In addition, it also analyses the economical, institutional, social and technical factors that influence the input from a practical point of view; Second based on these reasons and factors, it further analyses the output value of enterprises’ safety input and how to maximize the output value among the races running with different supervision department of fire safety. Third, through the empirical prospective,it comprehensively studies how to find relationship between fire control input and output matching. For achieving this, the author selects a shoe factory as the research object. Put the shoe factory fire source as the initial event and subsequently trace its consequences. By comparing the net loss caused by the fire between the condition that the enterprise carrying out safety input and the condition of no input, the result shows that the net loss under the former condition is significantly lower than that of the latter one. Finally, by summarizing the elements, factors and the outcome of output value analysis, this paper advocates the suggestions from the aspects of economic development on how to strengthen the input to improve the efficiency of an enterprise under the guide of economic policy, from the aspect of the system on how to improve the regulation systems to build a sound fire safety system,from the social level on how to mobilize the whole society to engage to intensify the impact of law enforcement carried out by the fire department and from the technical aspect on how to widely apply and popularize new technology in fire fighting so as to upgrade the equipment level of the enterprises.In all this paper demonstrates the three aspects of fire safety-elements, influencing factors and output value of the input and analyses the output value from the theoretical and empirical aspects and proper measures to strengthen fire safety. But because of lack of sufficient statistics, the connection among these three aspects remain open to further study of this topic.
