The Research Of The Equalization Of Public Services In The New-type Urbanization Perspective

With the deepening development of reform, urbanization with Chinese characteristics gradually develops in large scale. The urbanization construction of the county-level is of great importance, which cannot be neglected, and also an important part of new type urbanization.This paper based on the principle of new type urbanization and guidance of population movement theory, Urban development theory, supply of public goods theory through description of general concept of urbanization and public service. It also researches on the problems new type urbanization encounters and finds the causes of the problem through relevant findings. Relevant solutions are put forward. This paper can be divided into 5 parts. The first part is introduction. The second part mainly introduces some theoretical basis and detailed explanation of the theoretical basis. The third part compares the different stages of new type urbanization. The fourth part discusses the problems in the process of urbanization and how to solve these problems. The fifth part puts forward the development goal and suggestions for urbanization construction of Naiman, predicting goal of urbanization development of Naiman and putting forward strategy for the equal and coordinate promotion of Naiman new type urbanization and public services.
