Local Public Policy Development: Subject Participation And Path Selection

Under the background of accelerating the construction of new rural, rural community development has become an important part of the new rural construction. Rural homestead with the issue of wide range and large amount, complex situation, involving the vital interests of farmers, has been one of the hot spots and difficulties of the construction and management of rural grassroots. Through the analysis of specific cases, showing the subject participation of land replacement policy and path choice, in order to discuss some effective improvement measures.This paper includes five parts. We discuss the practice and some typical demonstration communities in Henan province, to sum up the effective experience.
