Research On The Function Of Position And Problem Of Guanqian Sub-district Offices

The sub-district office is an important part of our government,as an organization of the district government,connecting between the city community and the government and playing a very important role for the development of social harmony and stability. With the rapid economic and social development in Suzhou, require more transition;with the continuously deepen construction of the city community,require high levels of innovation. Street offices in the city the most basic organization have location also has a huge change, appear many new problems, the need for reform to adapt to social development.This study focuses on the guanqian sub-district office location and problems. bases on literature analysis,and with the guanqian district of Suzhou,the thesis can be mainly divides to three parts.the first part summary introduced some center concept and application of theory;the second part induced the history origin and development of guanqian sub-district dffice,combed the function of position with the profiles and organizational structure,systematically expounded the exist problem of guanqian sub-district office,and concretely analyzed the causes of the problem;the third part put fordward some strategy thinking of writer for guanqian sub-district office reform according to investigation of fairly representative of Beijing,Nanjing,Shanghai and Anhui reform pattern.The problems revealed by the result of the research needs to be further studied,and the paper is only a preliminary exploration and reference.
