As a respect,we need to take more efforts in the following three aspects: one is to speed up innovation and grasp core technology of Internet so that we can become a true internet power.The second is to develop specific national strategic planning on the implement of network diplomacy and management system. The third is to speed up network transmission of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the mainstream values. Only in this way, we can avoid stay in a passive position when suffering from America’s offensive network diplomacy.On February 27, 2014, the central network security and information leading group was set up, marking China’s network security was put to the height of national level.
