The Research On Construction Of Jilin Urban Home-based Care Services Station

In recent years, with the gradual extension of the declining fertility rate and anaverage life expectancy of the population, China’s aging population continues to acceleratethe pace of development. China has entered the ranks of the country’s aging population. Inthis context, pension issue has become a major challenge facing our country, relying solelyon traditional family pension and the pension agency has been unable to meet the pensionneeds, community home care can effectively solve the problem of pension and family pension agency and relieve pressure on pension. So,in recent years, the Chinesegovernment began to actively encourage communities to home-based care service, someplaces have a community home-based care service station for the carrier to carry outcommunity home care services, Jilin province also conducted a positive attempt. In order to understand the construction of Jilin province urban home-based care services station, In this paper, we choose an example of Jilin City Community, we chose eleven home-based care service stations,such as xinyicommunity, longdongcommunity,huangshan community, through the investigation we found that there were some problems in Jilin community home-based care services station,such as, lack of services funds、lack of community home care service station facilities、lack of spiritual solace services、lack of service personnel. To solve these problems in Jilin city community home-based care service station, we made a number of recommendations to improve the construction of home-based care service station,such as, Promoting the concept of home care services,pension services to raise funds for a diversified channels, strengthening infrastructure construction, expanding services, expanding the coverage of services, strengthening home care service team building, encouraging volunteers and non-governmental organizations involved in community home-based care services.
