Mobile E-government Performance Evaluation Based On Public Satisfaction

Along with the advancement of information technology and the advent of the era of mobile Internet, more and more people through the mobile terminal to realize the interconnection, in such a background, the traditional e-government started to mobile affairs, some countries and the area of mobile e-government construction has achieved remarkable results, for mobile e-government construction in China has also conducted a few years, the mobile e-government performance evaluation has become inevitable.At present,the main mobile e-government performance evaluation using the theory and method of performance evaluation of e-government, from cost benefit and public satisfaction, evaluate the government service ability and the overall evaluation perspective. the public as an important factor in the performance evaluation of e-government, is one of the main evaluation subject, this article is from the perspective of public satisfaction to the mobile e-government performance evaluation. Specifically, this article mainly from the following contents are studied:(1)Define the concept of e-government, mobile electronic government and their relationships, introduces the contents and model of customer satisfaction, draw out the concept of the public satisfaction.Then Analysis the significance and difficulties of performance evaluation of the mobile government affairs,Pointed out that we can evaluate mobile e-government performance from the perspective of public satisfaction.(2) Describes the construction principles of mobile e-government performance evaluation index, and referring to the concept and model of customer satisfaction, through expert consultation constructs the mobile e-government performance evaluation index system of public satisfaction, and description and analysis the various indicators.(3) on the basis of the analysis of existing evaluation methods, chose the most appropriate method--The combined method of analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and fuzzy synthetic method, which uses analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and then use fuzzy comprehensive method for comprehensive evaluation.(4) according to the mobile government affairs public satisfaction evaluation model is set up. Mobile affairs in hubei province as an example for performance evaluation, And then analysis the results and gives the corresponding Suggestions. Finally prospects the development of mobile and mobile e-government performance evaluation.
