Through analysising about the relationship between the Phenomenology of Spirit and Logic, this article demonstrates that there is a Descriptionalism tendency in the philosophy of Hegel, that is, the establishment by phenomenal itself and doesn’t rest on any ontologic factors, however, this meaning is covered by the structure of his philosophy, the latter, on the other hand, is also the foundation of such philosophy, the Absolute Spirit become a unself-establishable phenomenal in Descriptionalism’s field, as a conclusion, Hegel’s philosophy collapsed. From it, this article believes that the traditional explanations, which judge the logic and history are confused by Hegel, were wrong. The joint which Marx upsides down to Hegel’s dialectic is not located on Absolute Spirit itself, but on Hegel’s philosophy system which makes the Absolute Spirit becomes itself. As a result, the key point of such reversing is to insist and carry through the Descriptionalism’s requirements, and changes other parts in his philosophy which can not meet such requirements, finally, the dialectic becomes a extremely method of managing materials. This article believe that, at the point where Hegel confused by the false relationship of two systems and could not insist Descriptionalism, Marx carries it and insist it all the way, this is the truly joint between their dialectics. So, facing the same Descriptionalism, there are different ways dealing with it, as a result, to lots of question such as the relationship between logic and history, and some others, Marx and Hegel has different thoughts. Because of the idea taken by this article, which insist that Marx inherent one thought of Hegel that logic has no relationship with real world, is different with lots of researchers, so, this article is polemical.
