The Citizenization Of Migrant Workers

At present, the total population of migrant workers is huge andthe number is increasing, which bring a series of problems to themanagement and development of the city, We need to solve this problemas soon as possible. The best way should be the citizenization ofmigrant workers. In this paper, the study of the migrant workerscitizenry based on the concept of "social capital". And the migrantworkers’ social capital is divided into macro-level, meso-level andmicro-level.Existing social capital of migrant workers have an enormous impacton the migrant workers citizenry. At the macro-level social capitalof migrant workers, the macro social capital constrained thedevelopment of migrant workers citizenry. The shortage of meso-levelsocial capital can not promote the development of the migrant workerscitizenry effectively. And the micro-level social capital of migrantworkers is too weak to do its duty in the citizenization progress ofmigrant workers.Based on the Perspective of Social Capital, There are three waysto solve the problem of migrant workers citizenry: First, the government should breakthrough the constraints of the macro-levelsocial capital. Second, the social organization should promote theamount of the meso-social capital to fasten the progress of migrantworkers citizenry. Third, the migrant workers should strengthen theeffectiveness of micro-social capital by themselves.
