A Research On The Establishment Of Only-child-died Family’s Potential Social Risk Prevention System

a large number of one-child families emerged across the country since the family planning policy carried out in the20th seventy’s. However, due to various reasons, many only children died, leading to the emergence of many only-child-died families. With family planning policy’s continuous practicing and the number of only-child-died families growing, the only-child-died phenomenon is becoming a serious social problem. On the hand, the parents’ mental health got greatly affected and the family’s economic condition declined obviously, they had to face with the plight of no one provided for the aged and lonely. On the other hand, the existing only-child-died family support system has obvious flaws, the heart appeal of only-child-died family is difficult to get satisfied, they are easy to resent the government departments, and then affect the social harmony and stability.This paper adopts the method of literature research, try to meet the only-child-died families’ psychological demands based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and risk society theory. And combining with the data from the questionnaire posted on the Internet, the basic life situation and psychological needs of only-child-died family are analyzed in detail.In this paper, the first part introduces the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, writing ideas and research methods of only-child-died family’s potential social risk prevention system. Then the second part describes the basic concepts of only-child-died family and related theoretical basis, including the view of only-child-died family’s potential social risk, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and the theory of risk society. Then the third part mainly expounds the cause of the appearance of only-child-died family, the scale and increase or decrease trend prediction of china’s only-child-died family, describes the current living conditions, psychological demand, received support situation of only-child-died family, and analyzes present situation and defects of assistance system for only-child-died family. The fourth part classifies and analyzes the social potential risks of only-child-died family on the basis of beck’s risk society theory, and put forward the way to assess the potential social risks. The last part is the focus of this article, put forward to construct only-child-died family’s potential social risk prevention system from three level, they are the national legal system, social public and personal development three levels, so that can avoid the only-child-died family’s potential social risks by meet their psychological demands.In this paper, there are many shortcomings. Though the research problem is the establishment of only-child-died family’s potential social risk prevention system, the reference source is still the assistance measures for only-child-died family in current academic research, and can not provide further new argument and research direction reference value. In addition, in terms of potential social risk assessment, it only put forward the idea of the evaluation way but did not put into practice as the data is difficult to collect. Therefore, further research is looked forward to be done based on this paper.
