As an important part of the whole foundation of the futural society, non-governmental organizations have attracted widespread attention since their inception, seeking more frequent NGO cooperations has been the trend of the times in the context of the complex domestic and international political and economic development of21st century, so the existence and continued development of our non-governmental organizations has been a top priority in this context.Due to various historical and practical factors, our civil society organizations(NGO) are also falling down an unprecedented predicament when they get the opportunity of development. The trust crisis, the developing bottle-neck, the chaotic management and making ends meet are all the problems that the civil society organizations should get over. Papers will base on the theory of failure of market and government and the third-party government theory to explore the actual predicament of our society organizations on the basis of the analysis of some social events and cases under the background of social transformation.
