In the21st century, human society entered a stage of comprehensive development, the international environment made the competition for talent from all countries becoming increasingly fierce. China wants to win in the fierce competition, want to achieve development goals, all depends on the healthy growth of the young cadres."The selected graduates" policy was generated in such a historical background."The selected graduates" can contact with all kinds of social groups, impact by various of ideas, how to make the selected graduates grow up without bad impacting, we should make relevant recommendations in the problem of selecting and appointing,and how to improve the current problems, explore the correct ways in selection and appointment. At the same time, it also has a certain significance in the selection and appointment of the selected graduates, the construction of high-quality cadres and the students’ development.In this paper, we researched the Zhuanghe selected graduates’selection and appointment, explored the background and significance, researched progress at home and abroad, cleared research ideas and research content, analyzed the samples. We collected data by survey, based on the statistical information, we analysed the selection and appointment of Zhuanghe selected graduates and the achievement in work, there were so many problems, such as narrow selection, structure was not optimized, approach had limitations, lack of training opportunities and time, fewer training opportunities, practicality was not strong, lack of supervision and some problems in the selected graduates themselves. We analysed the reasons of these problems in knowledge level and system level.Based on knowing the goals and missions of Zhuanghe selected graduates, we made some improvement suggestions pointed at the problems we found. First, raise awareness from the organization department, employing units, the individuals. Secondly, perfect the selection mechanism, assessment mechanisms, incentives mechanisms, training mechanisms, monitoring mechanisms. Finally, help the selected graduates to make their career planning will be introduced to the job.In this paper, by analyzing and striving the related problems, we make the organization department, employers and individuals achieve the combination, create a more conducive environment for the growth of the selected graduates, so then, we can train the graduates more scientifically, regularly, systematically.
