At present, our country is in an important period of deepening national defense andmilitray reform.The strong spirit of innovation is an inexhaustible power to promote theimplementation of increasing army ability.The core question is that weather we have acontingent of high-caliber leading cadres.The reason is army cadre’s quality becoming thedetermining factor after ensuring the political line of our party. Increasing cadres quality isthe root of building army. A perfect system of cadre selection has great significance topromote the socialist construction cause.On the one hand, reserving talent strategic resourcesto consolidate and constrcut a powerful people’s army. On the other hand,it also has a deeperimpact on promoting socialist democracy and legalization of political construction.With the development of the social economy and the deepening reform of cadre system,cadres selection has already developed into a systematic stage. The selecting work levelimproved significantly. But it aslo has some contradiction question on the army cadresselection, such as narrow channels of democratization, distempered investigation supervisionmechanism, unscientific selection method and so on. If these cannot be solved timely andeffectively, it’s bound to has a great impact on the normal execution of daily work.Based on this, this paper researches systematically various factors of affecting theselecting work on the basis of the traditional research of the cadre selection system.Usinganalytic hierarchy process launched scientifically forces cadre selection and evaluationsystem model.This article main research content is as follows:At first, this paper introduce the basic research situation of cadre selection. We regard itas a systemic study and analyze the influencing factors on the quality of the army cadresselection. Meanwhile we figure out the source of the problem.Secondly, based on theanalysis of forces cadre selection contradiction problem, the paper combined the thoughtsand methods of AHP to build the assessment system of selection of cadres.And through theanalysis of the practice process to improve the method for determining the solution layer.Finally, the research work of this paper is summarized.
