The monograph will be mainly devoted to the thorough discussion of the historical development and the theoretical as well as practical issues of the system of public selection of cadres in China .the important position of the cadre selection and appointment system in the general political background of socialism with Chinese char-ataractics is clarified, thereby establishing the analytic framework of this monograph. The political system in China is the sys-tem of multi-party cooperation under the leadership of the CCP, which is a key element in socialism with Chinese characteristics .Therefore ,not only is the system in system ,its further reform and development are also determined and restricted by the party system.
