A Discuss Of The Supply Of Public Services In The Process Of Social Construction

Since initiating the Reform and Opening policy, the economic development of China has achieved tremendous success that attract worldwide attention, the general public’s living standard has been greatly improved. However, due to the sided pursuit of economic growth, social construction is lengthy neglected, which leads to the contradiction between the overall rapid growth of public service demand and the basic public products shortage and the lack of public service. Recently, the government has reflected that one-sided economic growth with ignoring social fairness will bring all kinds of disadvantages, and tries to push the social construction pace towards a healthy track by strengthening public services in regional development coordination and social fairness maintenance. Compared with the western theoretical study on the social construction and public services, domestic research of that are still in the stage of exploration. Moreover, social construction theoretical study focuses on concept, connotation and extension, or abstract discussions on social fairness, justice and other issues, while neglecting stage characteristics and historical evolution. Similarly, research on public services is concentrated in the aspects of government regulation and marketing. As a result, there is less study on legal adjustment of social construction stage conception and public services supply.The thesis which is focused on the supply of public services in the process of social construction from the perspective of law, is given suggestions and measures on constructing the legal relief system and supervision mechanism, in order to providing some theoretical references for the government in doing social public services.
