State-owned enterprises is an important member of the Chinese societyorganization, its function of social management synergy can enhance enterprisedevelopment, and social harmony.Social management in enterprise is important. In the enterprise internal,social management can improve employees’ happiness index and promote theharmony and stability of the enterprise. In the enterprise external, socialmanagement can make the enterprise have a good corporate image and obtainsocial recognition.Some state-owned enterprises have high maturity in the aspects of socialmanagement, It makes the social management height rise to the strategicmanagement, and has a relatively mature measures and processes. But anotherstate-owned enterprises’ content strategy and measures in the social managementaspects are lack of forward-looking, continuity and targeted, the long-termmechanism of social management and deep management measures shall beperfected, need outstanding planning, steadily improving and form theinstitutionalization, standardization, and routing.In this paper, A state-owned auto enterprise is an example of collaborativesocial management function research of our country state-owned enterprise. A carcompany is a large state-owned enterprise, it actively coordinates socialmanagement. It has paid great attention in the social management to the internal enterprise employees and the external to public. A car company has rose theenterprise collaborative social management to the height of the enterprise strategiclevel. The enterprise pays attention to the protection of the employee’sstability,enthusiasm and creativity in the internal enterprise, this can lay a goodfoundation to achieve business objectives for the enterprise; The enterpriseactively bears the social responsibility in the external enterprise, this can win thepraise of public opinion, and form the effect of word of mouth, form the enterpriseand social win-win situation.A car company plays the collaborative social management role mainlythrough party organization, trade unions, the human resources department andcomprehensive department basing on Maslow’s demand theory, the party’sideological and political work, the mass line theory and the concept of scientificdevelopment theory. The theoretical basis, guiding thought and theimplementation of A car company’s collaborative social management practicescan have a good reference for other enterprise, the collaborative socialmanagement function research of A car company enterprise has practicalsignificance.
