Research On The Management Of Youth Ideological Guidance Under The New Situation

The guiding work of youth ideology is an important part of public affairs. At present, the intersection collision of Chinese and Western thoughts, conflicts between the old and new ideas, the rapid development of new media forms of communication, globalization and market economy environment, the youth lifestyle, value conception far-reaching impact. The Communist Youth League should take an initiative to assist the party and the government in the implement of youth affair management and to do a good job in youth ideological guidance.This paper reviews briefly the history since the founding of the youth to guide the work of thinking, analysis of the problems faced, with around Taizhou Communist Youth League organizations in the youth thought to guide the work of practice, summed up the effective way and carrier of a plurality of guiding ideology, and on this basis to guide the work of the youth ideological and in-depth thinking, have puts forward some suggestions.The first part of this paper, briefly introduces the background, significance, methods, this paper studies the status quo.The second part, the basic concept of work from the guiding thought of reviewing the historysince the founding of the youth to guide the work of thinking, and thus pave the way to analyze the existing problems in the work.The third part takes Taizhou city of Zhejiang Province as an example to analyze the effects of two positive and negative thought characteristic and the western thought, the youth market economy, new media technology has brought to the Taizhou youth.The fourth part is starting from the practice, the Communist Youth League organizations in Taizhou country as an example, summarizes the youth thought to guide the work of a series of effective path, and it will lead to the real case in the form of vector are listed and introduced.The fifth part is the content of the above, the development of youth ideological guidance work in-depth thinking and put forward some suggestions.The sixth part is on all of the above content summary.Hope that through this paper, to clarify the interaction between the party and mass organizations, government agencies, youth groups to a certain extent. Grasp the ideologicalguidance and consolidating the party’s ruling foundation and youth youth public affairsmanagement relations in general, based on the analysis of the challenges and opportunities to guide the work of the youth ideological and the new situation, mechanism and ways of the Communist Youth League and youth services in public affairs, so as to play its role as the Communist Youth League organizations, provide suggestions to optimize the service functions,improve youth public affairs management at all levels of government, to provide certain reference and help.
