Research On The Construction Of Old-age Cultural Welfare In Urban Communities

Guiyang City,the aging trend is more and more serious,pension problems are increasingly concerned about the government and the community.Cultural welfare is one of the components of old age welfare and an indispensable part of the study of the welfare system for the elderly.Older people in urban communities are more economically independent than older adults in rural areas,and the need for cultural welfare is also more urgent.The community is the main place of post-retirement activities of the elderly.The cultural welfare of the elderly is more close to the reality of the masses than the other cultural welfare.It is the main way to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly and protect the basic cultural rights of the elderly.Perfect community elderly cultural welfare can effectively enrich the elderly's amateur life,promote the community's mass communication and interaction,but also to improve the cultural quality of the elderly community,is a harmonious community and public cultural service system is an indispensable link The Guiyang has also achieved some achievements in the construction of cultural welfare in the elderly,but there are still some gaps compared with the mature communities in the eastern coastal developed areas,community cultural welfare,especially the elderly cultural welfare construction.In this context,this paper discusses the situation of the cultural welfare construction of the elderly in the sunshine community of Guiyang,puts forward the problems existing in the process of cultural welfare construction and puts forward some suggestions on these problems.This paper collects information through questionnaires and field interviews.The content is mainly designed according to Maslow's theory of demand hierarchy and activity theory.By arranging the collected data,the elderly have found that the cultural and welfare needs of cultural facilities,Cultural activities,old age education,fund raising,cultural welfare personnel and organizations,there are different levels of demand.In view of these needs,there are contradictions in the cultural facilities and site supply and demand in the sunshine community.The enthusiasm of the elderly in the construction of cultural welfare is not high,the cultural activities organizations carry out the contradiction,the financing channels are single,the old cultural welfare construction funds are lacking,the culture Welfare and lack of talent and other aspects of the problem.In view of the problems existing in the construction process of the culturalwelfare of the sun community,the relevant suggestions are put forward to solve these problems:(1)to speed up the construction of cultural facilities for the elderly cultural welfare to provide material security(2)to strengthen publicity to improve the elderly community cultural welfare construction awareness of participation(3)enrich cultural activities for the elderly cultural welfare to provide basic content(4)Financing channels for the elderly cultural welfare construction to provide financial security(5)to strengthen the construction of qualified personnel,to improve the cultural welfare of the elderly to provide organizational security.
