At present, some young people drink liquor, the behavior of heavy drinking will have a very serious influence on physics and mentality of young people, resulting in damage to body function and cognitive function, and it probably turns adolescences to do some dangerous behaviors. Therefore, drinking among teenagers has become one of the key problem in the world.Method: Questionnaires were used in this study, it has chosen young people in Taiwan Province and Gansu Province as an example, the author selected a total of 220, 14-19 years old students that 110 students from three secondary schools in each provinces randomly for the survey. Pearson’s results suggested that there was significantly positive correlation between peer drinking behavior and adolescence drinking behaviors; and there was significantly negative correlation between parents’ drinking attitudes toward their children, peer drinking attitudes, social misfits and adolescent drinking behavior. Structural Equation Model analysis showed that the behavior and attitudes of peer drinking are the main factors of adolescence drinking behavior and attitudes in Gansu Province and Taiwan Province. The results showed that male adolescence drinking behavior is generally higher than females. Gansu Province drinking behavior is generally higher than Taiwan Province. Parental drinking behavior and parents drinking attitudes toward their children can influence adolescence drinking behavior and attitudes. Peer drinking behavior and peer drinking attitudes can influence adolescence drinking behavior and attitudes. The main factors that influence drinking behaviors and attitudes of teenagers are the drinking behaviors and attitudes of their friends. Alcohol has been related to their daily life as a tool of social life, so the feisty and unyielding characters of many male teenagers led to the gradual growth of their drinking behavior. Gansu Province, an inland area with the integration of minorities, has huge differences in geographical environment, climate and drinking culture with Taiwan Province, that determine the differences about drinking behavior and attitudes between them. For the special period they are living, the main circle of teenagers is their peers and parents, so the behaviors of their peers and parents have a subtle influence to each youth. The adolescence time is the stage that individuals moving away from the family gradually and turning to the companion, at this stage, the influences from peers are more effective than parents. For teenagers in Gansu Province and Taiwan Province, the most important factor comes from peers, it suggested that in this stage of life influence power from companions is better than parents, self-efficacy and social adaptation. Therefore, when improving the current situation of adolescence drinking it should set out to factors and characteristics that influent adolescence drinking behavior, focus on controlling of male adolescence drinking behavior, strengthen awareness of refusing alcohol, foster broader interests for them, and create a more favorable educational environment.
