On this basis, from thecost of living, medical cost and other cost to show the different age paragraph of therural elderly pension costs. It is concluded that different age paragraph the elderly onthe number of total annual expenditure; Second, determined by qualitative analysis,quantitative measure, analyze the income level of the sample oldster to three parts:individual labor, children maintenance and government subsidy. By compare withpension&pension costs, pension&income ratio, etc. to analyze the current ruralold-age security level, and to evaluate new farming maintain old-age security function,after that founding the matter of security degree to the elderly, young old manendowment pressure; Finally combining with the degree of system guarantee andproblems,to table a feasibility proposal that perfect the new agricultural insurancesystem, strengthen the old-age security function and construct the social atmosphere ofrespect for the elderly.On a comparison of the rural pension costs and pension in this paper, combiningwith the pension level to comparative analysis of the guarantee function of the rural endowment insurance system.
