In recent years, with the awakening of democratic consciousness and awareness of our citizens, more and more public attention and began to carry out the requirements of the government, government agencies is a special public organizations, service organizations, and civil servants as the main work of the government, to improve the performance of government plays a decisive role. Basis of the large number of civil servants, how their job satisfaction will not only directly affect the government’s efficiency, quality of service and their public image, but also to leave for civil servants, absenteeism, performance and mental health have some impact. Factors affecting the junior civil servants have a lot of satisfaction, such as leadership and management, fair promotion, work fun, respect and pride to get work, working in harmony, autonomy, comfort, distributive justice, work environment and relationships, and other material rewards. In conjunction with their work, the paper selected Jintang County junior civil servants for the study, to investigate the composition and dimensions of job characteristics related to their work environment, job promotion, work relationships, work and other aspects of the remuneration to analyze how the fact affect job satisfaction of junior civil servants, not only help to improve job satisfaction of junior civil servants, enhance the attractiveness of government personnel; also help to improve the performance level of junior civil servants, thereby enhancing the government’s ability to govern; also want to have Job Characteristics theory helps to further enrich and improveThis paper is divided into five working parts, the first part is the introduction of the article, we mainly research background and significance of the research status of the entire study related topics, as well as about the grass-roots civil servants’ job satisfaction and related concepts in this part of the analysis, theory, research ideas and methods of the study, the lack of innovation and research conducted about. The second part is the research survey program analysis and design, through to the post of junior civil servants working Jintang County were analyzed to determine the profile of our survey design. The third part of the survey results and statistical analysis, and based on these results attributed to extract the grassroots civil service positions Jintang County, job satisfaction, and this in-depth analysis. After the fourth part analyzes the experience of Western countries, proposed Jintang County grassroots civil service positions to improve job satisfaction for specific recommendations. The fifth part concludes the paper, mainly on studies summarized above, and the corresponding future research prospects.
