County-level civil servants with higher job satisfaction and healthy development of civil service management is an important factor related to the development of the national civil service management, government agencies, quality and effectiveness of public administration.Based on the analysis and research of job satisfaction of w county civil servants, found the county-level civil servants at the county level demographic variables on job satisfaction of civil servants with varying degrees of difference in effect, and proposed to increase the satisfaction of W county. Mainly from the establishment of a standardized management system, county-level civil servants and establish harmonious relationships, job-enrichment and other aspects of policy recommendations, while the establishment of a standardized management system, county-level civil servants are primarily from the distribution of normative positions, standardized job descriptions, standardized salaries and benefits, standardized assessment incentives, career planning, and so regulate the system put forward policy recommendations. Research conclusions refined and summarized the major findings of this study was presented and noted that the limitations of existing research and future research directions.
