In recent years,the post-90 s civil servants have gradually become the backbone of the civil service.As the successors of the next generation of government leadership,their job satisfaction directly affects the future direction of government management and service.The job satisfaction of this group is of great significance for the transformation of government functions and work efficiency.After taking cultivated 90 civil servants as samples,using the way of questionnaire and visiting conversaziones,and combined with field work experience of the author in the cultivated factors affecting the cultivated after 90 civil servants' job satisfaction research,through to the cultivated 90 after the investigation of present situation of job satisfaction of civil servants,civil servant's job satisfaction factors,so as to different categories,different levels of civil service management provide reference,thus promote the ascension work enthusiasm,maximize the enthusiasm and creativity,guarantee the healthy development of the civil servants team bench,improve the service ability of government and performance levels.Firstly,this paper preliminarily determined the research ideas through the methods of literature review and interview,and designed a questionnaire on the job satisfaction of post-90 s civil servants in lujiang county.Based on the results of the effective questionnaire,SPSS software was used for data analysis and processing,so as to draw a conclusion.After investigation,this paper indicates that the factors affecting job satisfaction of civil servants and their mutual influence is: the cultivated 90 civil servants after the overall satisfaction is higher,the size of the influence degree of the civil servant's overall satisfaction factors are: pay > prospects > > > relationship atmosphere appropriate,influenced by gender on job satisfaction,and mainly in terms of outlook,remuneration,atmosphere,and gender on relations and the appropriate factors had no significant effect.Age has a great influence on job satisfaction,which is mainly reflected in prospect,remuneration,relationship and atmosphere,while age has no significant influence on the appropriate factors.The highest degree had a significant effect on job satisfaction,mainly in terms of prospects,relationships,and the right factors.Administrative levels have a significant impact on prospects,relationships,suitability,and overall satisfaction.Family background had no significant effect on overall and all dimensions of satisfaction.Finally,from the perspective of job characteristics and factors,the author analyzes the status quo and existing problems of job satisfaction of post-90 s civil servants in lujiang county,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction of post-90 s civil servants in lujiang county.
