A Study On Xinjiang Equalization Of The Urban-rural Basic Pubic Service

Since opening up reform,China’s econonmy annual growth rate is 9.8% so that our economy and society realize the overall development.However,some new problems come out during this period,such as regional disparity of basic public service,enlarging income gap between urban and rural and so on.The western XinJiang are our country’s important energy resources base and ecological protection zone,which has the strategic significance for economic sustainable debelopment and frontier society stable.But because of the limitation of the location,nature condition,history and social environment,the basic pulic service in western frontier areas lags behinds the eastern areas.Improving basic public service in XinJiang areas is important for society stable.Therefore,this study will focus on how to realize the equilibrium supply of basic public service in XinJiang.In this paper,my exploration on the main problems of Xinjiang urban and rural b asic public services and my analysis of the causes of imbalance of basic public service in urban and rural areas of Xinjiang are based on the comparative analysis of Xinjian g urban and rural equalization of basic public services. In the basis of theoretical and e mpirical research,which combines,at home and abroad,successful experiences of the r ealization of the equal access to basic public services in urban and rural areas with the actual situation of Xinjiang,Itry to explore the countermeasure of the equalization of basic public services and put forward my own views on how to further improve and d eepen the reform.
