A Study On The Life Dilemma And The Ways To Solve Of The Poor And Sick Elderly Population In Rural Areas

To solve the three dilemmas of disease,poverty and old age of the poor and sick elderly population in rural areas is the key problem at present.This is of great and even decisive significance for the group to share a good life with other members of society and enter a well-off era.It will also have a profound influence on promoting the development of the cause of aging,improving the medical security system,promoting poverty alleviation and consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation.In order to effectively help The poor and sick elderly population in rural areas to escape from their living difficulties and help them to enjoy a stable and beautiful life,this article is based on the current reality of the poor and sick elderly population in rural areas who urgently need attention and protection.and based on the questionnaire data and interview results obtained from the field survey,this paper uses the research method of the combination of theory and empirical analysis to draw the following conclusions: due to the lack of comprehensive coverage of relevant medical policies,unreasonable allocation of pension service resources,single form and content of mental security and other factors,leading to the current rural poor and sick elderly population widespread economic pressure,low self-care ability and mental security vacuum three aspects of intertwined life difficulties.In order to effectively solve the dilemma,based on the systematic analysis and full reference of the relevant measures of medical security and pension security that have been implemented at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the specific path to solve the current life dilemma of the rural poor and the sick elderly population.First of all,the establishment of a special basicliving security system,including the provision of continuous economic assistance to the rural poor and the sick elderly population,and the prevention of their return to poverty due to illness through the improvement of the medical security system;Second,the development of a new way of elderly care services,the use of the Internet + grassroots medical storage to maintain health,and the construction of elderly care homes to provide personalized services;Third,fill the gap of the poor and sick old people's spiritual life guarantee,while continuously strengthening the family members' awareness of providing sufficient spiritual comfort,the government encourages and assists the elderly to achieve social participation.On the whole,the problem of the living difficulties of the rural poor and the sick elderly population with different groups' special attributes is more serious and complex,to solve the problems,we should consider the influence of the three factors of disease,poverty and old age comprehensively,explore the living difficulties faced by the rural poor and the sick elderly population in a more comprehensive way,explore the causes,and follow the root causes,from the three sides of the country,society and family together continues to accumulate strength,and provides corresponding guarantee and service from multiple levels,so as to ensure that the rural poor and the sick elderly population can achieve security,happy life and good end.
